What is an escape room?

An escape room is a fun and thrilling group activity where you get "locked" in a room (not really) and have 60 minutes to work together and solve puzzles necessary to escape the room. It's not claustrophic or scary. But it is a nerve-tingling, exhilirating race against the clock! Escape rooms are great for friends, families, and colleagues looking for a fun team-building experience.

How much does it cost?

$20 per player. Private group bookings are full room price and accommodate the maximum number of players for that adventure. Contact us about larger groups.

When are you open?

We are open for public bookings on:
Thursday 6pm-9pm
Friday 5pm-9pm
Saturday 10am-11pm
Sunday 1pm-8pm
Additionally, private group bookings are available by appointment. You must book the whole room, which includes entry for up to the maximum number of players for that room. Contact us to schedule your event.

Is it scary?

No. It’s meant to make your spine tingle, but only because it’s so intense and exciting. Nothing scary will jump out at you.

Will I really be locked in the room?

No. Some rooms might have a locked "escape door" with a keypad as part of your adventure, but you will always have a safe path to exit the room and building without entering any code.

Do I need to do anything before I participate?

Yes. Like most escape room companies, our room requires that you sign a waiver to participate. You can save time by filling this out in advance and bringing it with you. Click here to view and print our waiver.

Are your games suitable for all ages?

The age requirement for our current rooms is 10+. For participants ages 10-13, you must book the entire room. There must be at least one participating adult, age 25+, for every three participants ages 10-15. No exceptions. Please contact us with any concerns about this policy. As a reminder, for all minor participants, our waiver must be signed by a parent or legal guardian. Click here to view and print our waiver.

How many people can fit in a room?

Since each room is designed and tested to optimize enjoyment for a specific number of people, that will vary. So, make sure you read the details of the room before you book your escape.

Can I use my mobile phone to help me advance through the games?

No. We recommend all of our aspiring escape artists to power off their phones for the entire duration of their game to allow for optimum levels of challenge, overall enjoyment and satisfaction. Besides, you will have your hands more than full with items that you will need to make use of in order to find your way out.

How long does this take?

We currently have two rooms, both with a maximum time of 60 minutes. Players should arrive at least 15 minutes in advance of their scheduled play time.

What if I need a toilet break?

You will have access to our restroom facilities at all times.

How does the ticketing work?

Tickets are purchased online for your convenience. Online bookings are made securely through Xola and require a credit or debit card at the time of purchase. Each game has a maximum number of tickets that can be purchased for each session.

Are tickets refundable?

No. Tickets are non-refundable upon purchase. If a private party is booked, we can work with you to reschedule.

May I purchase a ticket for someone else?

Yes, you can purchase as many available session seats as you would like.

I am purchasing fewer tickets than maximum available for that room, does that mean the remaining slots are filled by other guests?

Yes. Other participants can book available slots if your team does not fill the maximum for that room.

How can I arrange it so that the game room I book is exclusively filled with my family, my friends, or my co-workers?

The only way to ensure that you will only be playing with the people in your group is to book the entire game room for your group. Otherwise, get ready for the possibility of making some new friends and adding to your enjoyment. (Which is fun! Trust us!).

What if members of my group show up late to our game reservation?

As much as we would love to accommodate latecomers, the simple truth is that our games run on a very tight schedule. Late arrivals disrupt the games and take away from the experience. So we ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your game is scheduled to start and take that into consideration when planning your trip to see us.

How far in advance can I purchase a ticket?

Games can be booked 3 months in advance. If you are interested in a date further than 3 months out, please contact us for assistance.

Can I purchase all of the tickets for my group at once?

Yes. Select the maximum amount of tickets available for the room. The session will then be under one person’s name.

We have a larger group than the capacity for the game. How can you accommodate us?

We have designed and tested each room for the best experience at a maximum number of players. A lot of businesses, groups, and teams enjoy escape rooms for bonding and team-building. Please contact us for private group bookings, and we will see how best we can accommodate you even if you have more than the maximum allowed for one room.

Can I play the same room more than once?

Yes, however, we ask that the puzzles remain a mystery to all new players, so please do not spoil the fun by sharing the answers with anyone.

I've already completed all of the current rooms. When can I expect new adventures to be added?
